Delivery

Delivery takes place 3 to 5 working days after placing the order. This applies to orders within EU. Orders will be sent through PostNL, DHL or DPD. You will receive a track and trace code. For orders outside the EU, the customer is reponsible for paying VAT and import duties in their country. We will not charge VAT on ypur order.

Right of withdrawal

When purchasing products, you have the option to revoke the purchase agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. This reflection period goes to the sale of goods in the receipt of the product by you. The right of withdrawal can be exercised by making a statement (by e-mail in writing) and returning the products.

If you use the right of withdrawal, you bear the costs for returning the products. You must return the products in the original shipping packaging. Please add the original packing list with the return shipment.
