Webshop Software Shopify Our webshop is developed using Shopify software. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support; they will never use your data for any other purpose. Shopify is obligated to take appropriate security measures based on the agreement we have concluded with them. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software; no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own group to further improve its services. Shopify takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, so your data may be processed in the United States.
Web Hosting Cloud86 We purchase web hosting and email services from Cloud86. Cloud86 processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party may collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Cloud86 has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Cloud86 is obligated to confidentiality under the agreement.
Email and Mailing Lists MailChimp We send our email newsletters with MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email automatically sent via our website, you will see the 'unsubscribe' link. You will then no longer receive our newsletter. Your personal data is securely stored by MailChimp. MailChimp uses cookies and other internet technologies that provide insight into whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share information with third parties.
Cloud86 For our regular business email traffic, we use the services of Cloud86. This party has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss, and corruption of your and our data as much as possible. Cloud86 does not have access to our mailbox, and we treat all our email traffic confidentially.
Payment Processors Shopify Pay For the processing of (a part of) the payments in our webshop, we use the Shopify Payments platform. Shopify Payments processes your name, address, and residence details, as well as your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Shopify Payments has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Shopify Payments reserves the right to use your data to further improve its services and, in that context, to share (anonymized) data with third parties. In the event of an application for deferred payment (credit facility), Shopify Payments shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. All the aforementioned safeguards regarding the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Shopify Payments' services for which they engage third parties. Shopify Payments does not retain your data longer than permitted by legal retention periods.
Reviews Trustpilot We collect reviews via the Trustpilot platform. If you leave a review via Trustpilot, you are obliged to provide your name and email address. Trustpilot shares this data with us so that we can link the review to your order. In some cases, Trustpilot may contact you to provide clarification on your review. Shipping and Logistics Sendy and Sendcloud When you place an order with us, our task is to deliver your package to you. We use the services of Sendy and Sendcloud for carrying out deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address, and residence details with Sendy and Sendcloud. Sendy and Sendcloud only use this data for the purpose of performing the agreement. In the event that Sendy and Sendcloud engage subcontractors, Sendy and Sendcloud will also make your data available to these parties.
Invoicing and Accounting Acumulus For keeping our administration and accounting, we use the services of Acumulus. We share your name, address, and residence details, and details regarding your order. This data is used for administering sales invoices. Your personal data is securely transmitted and stored. Acumulus is obligated to confidentiality and will treat your data confidentially. Acumulus does not use your personal data for purposes other than those described above.
Purpose of Data Processing
General Purpose of Processing We use your data exclusively for our services. This means that the purpose of processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide. We do not use your data for (targeted) marketing. If you share data with us and we use this data to contact you at a later time – other than at your request – we will ask for your explicit permission for this. Your data will not be shared with third parties, except to comply with accounting and other administrative obligations. These third parties are all bound by confidentiality due to the agreement between them and us or an oath or legal obligation.
Automatically Collected Data Data automatically collected by our website is processed with the aim of further improving our services. This data (e.g., your IP address, web browser, and operating system) is not personal data.
Cooperation in Tax and Criminal Investigations In certain cases, Wildstyled may be obliged by a legal obligation to share your data in connection with a tax or criminal investigation by government authorities. Retention Periods We retain your data for as long as you are our client. This means that we retain your customer profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services. This also means that we will not retain your data for longer than two years from the last contact moment or transaction, unless there is a legal justification for doing so. Based on applicable administrative obligations, we must retain invoices with your (personal) data, so we will retain this data for as long as the applicable period runs. However, employees no longer have access to your client profile and documents that we have produced as a result of your assignment.
